Copies of the Compendium of the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC) in English are sold out as soon as they hit the bookstores.. I've been trying to find one; and an online version is now out here!

It's actually good news. People are actually interested in knowing more about our faith. Let's just hope that they didn't only put 3 copies on sale. :)
I'm happy with the online version since I spend most of my waking hours working and online... but am planning to buy them for some people I know who's too lazy to read the CCC.
Do people read the CCC from cover to cover? I only use it as a reference when I need to clarify something. E.g. I used it to understand the Church's stand on the death penalty recently.
You can still use the $30 to buy something from the Daughters of St. Paul. They need our support! :)

Actually I saw only ONE copy :) And that too, was reserved. So yes, people are hungry to know more about the faith.
There were some copies at the "Apostolate of Media" bookshop at Risen Christ (Toa Payoh).
Thanks... I'll check it out one of these days. The price tag is a bit hefty ($30, in shops I've visited) as compared to just $18 for the CCC!
Antonia,
Just fork out $30 for the copy of the compendium and support the Daughters of St. Paul at the same time! If possible give more..:)
p.s. (plug shamelessly): remember that there's a holy hour for vacation....I mean, vocation tonight at Kingsmead Hall, St. Ig.
